Every per-event tier includes access to CRM, messaging, and communications tools starting 3 months before your event through 1 month after. This covers the core planning and follow-up period. If you need year-round access for permit tracking, ongoing sponsor relationships, or off-season communications, the subscription keeps everything running between events.
Yes. Since pricing is per event, you choose the tier that fits each event individually. If you run a local 50K and a regional festival, you can use Local for one and Regional for the other.
Not necessarily. Every event tier includes a 3-month CRM window that covers your planning and follow-up period. The subscription is for race directors who want to manage contacts, track permits, and communicate with stakeholders year-round — especially useful if you're running multiple events or managing ongoing sponsor relationships.
Yes — you can create events and configure everything for free. Set up your event details, content, volunteer shifts, requirements, sponsors, and settings at your own pace. When you're ready to go live — publish your event, invite staff, and open registration — that's when you choose a plan. Think of it as: set up for free, pay when you launch.
Yes. You can buy event credits from your profile's Billing & Credits section and apply them later to any event. Credits never expire, so you can stock up during a promotion or purchase in advance for upcoming seasons. When you're ready to activate an event, just apply a credit from the event's dashboard.
Messaging is included at no extra charge and subject to fair use. Typical race director usage — registration confirmations, shift reminders, event updates — is well within normal limits. We monitor usage to prevent abuse and will reach out proactively if volume significantly exceeds what's typical for your tier.
